An original painting created using gouache on handmade, 100% cotton rag paper with a natural deckle edge.
This piece was inspired by my travels in Lisbon, a city filled with character and charm. I loved how nearly every building boasted some form of artistic treasure - from ordinary homes to historical palaces, the interiors and exteriors of Lisbon's buildings are adorned in colourful Portuguese azulejos (ceramic tilework), which I explored in this painting.
Measures 11.8 x 16.4 inches / 299 x 417 mm.
Artist’s signature included on the front of the painting. The painting will be accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.
